Omaha Needs Our Help

As we continue to see Governors around the country erode our constitutional rights, we, the people, must act to protect them. To silence the citizen’s voice, Mayor Jean Stothert of Omaha, Nebraska, is seeking to pass an ordinance, not a law with a deadline of June 2, 2020. We must act now; time is of the essence.

Her actions are unconstitutional and a willful violation of her oath. Title 18, section 242, states the legal ramifications for any politicians who violate their oath.

Mayor Jean Stothert hopes to suppress your freedom of speech by targeting anyone with a hate crime who accurately declares the COVID virus as the Chinese Wuhan Virus.  Naming the place of origin is not a hate crime; it is a fact that describes the origin of the disease and outbreak.

Her actions are an unwarranted abuse of authority.  What can you do?  You can start by calling these numbers to let these representatives understand this is a violation of 18 USC 242: Deprivation of rights under color of law and a deliberate assault on your constitutional rights guaranteed under the first amendment with severe consequences.

Also, show up Tuesday, June 2, at the Omaha City Council meeting. Remind these tyrants they swore an oath to the Constitution and not political affiliation or agendas. They work for the people; the people do not bow to them. No more.

The ordinance, not law, is far-reaching. It’s no longer about a virus; it is pure political pandering and abuse by elected officials—time to put an end to the tyranny now.

Report this Violation of the A.G. of the United States.

We each have a voice, and it needs to be heard. Take action now.
