The Two Fools

The bastard and the bully
Were one of a kind truly;
A match … made in heaven.

For she would abuse
With the tip of her tongue,
And he, would treat her as dung.

Ten years in they played in sin,
And in grief, they lived their lives:
Using sex to bring their demise.

Then one day in the middle of May,
Bullets entered their brains:
She a shotgun and he an AK,
Together they lay where they played.

So, in the end, their game did extend,
Right to the bottom of their graves.
